Flexible Printed Circuit Boards (FPCs): In automotive electronics, industrial control, and other applications, FPCs need to operate inside engine compartments or high-temperature equipment. High-temperature resistant copper foil ensures stable signal transmission. For example, in the battery management system of new energy vehicles, FPCs must withstand a long-term operating temperature of 85°C and a short-term peak temperature of 150°C.
High-Frequency Communication Equipment: 5G base stations, satellite communication, and other equipment have stringent requirements for the dielectric loss and heat resistance of copper foil. High-temperature resistant copper foil can reduce signal attenuation and improve equipment reliability.
Aerospace: In aircraft engine monitoring systems, rocket navigation modules, and other applications, copper foil needs to maintain performance under extreme temperature differences ranging from -55°C to 250°C. NASA standard certification (such as NASM13120) is a common requirement for high-temperature resistant copper foil.
