Product Introduction
Treated RA Copper Foil uses a single-side roughened surface to improve bonding with other materials. The roughened side has a frosted texture, providing the surface condition needed for lamination while helping reduce the risk of peeling.
Two mainstream surface treatment methods are available. Reddening treatment uses copper powder and produces a red surface, while blackening treatment uses cobalt and nickel powder and produces a black surface. The treated foil is designed with stable thickness tolerance, good uniformity of copper buds, and a roughened surface that does not readily shed powder.

Treatment Options
Reddening Treatment
Reddening treatment uses copper powder on the treated surface. After treatment, the surface has a red appearance.
Blackening Treatment
Blackening treatment uses cobalt and nickel powder and produces a black surface.
High-Temperature Anti-Oxidation Treatment
A high-temperature anti-oxidation treatment can be applied to the shiny side of the treated RA copper foil. This treatment helps prevent color changes when the material is exposed to high temperatures during client processing.
