CIVEN Metal produces High-Precision Rolled-Annealed (RA) Brass Foil for applications requiring tight dimensional stability, consistent mechanical properties, and clean surfaces. Processed through multi-high cold rolling mills and continuous bright annealing lines, the material maintains uniform thickness across the entire coil length and width. Supplied in coil or sheet form for stamping, etching, winding, and laminating operations.

Alloy Grades: C26000 (CuZn30), C26800 (CuZn38), C28000, and custom compositions.
Chemical Composition: Copper maintained at 65.0% - 71.0%; impurities controlled via spectrographic analysis (Lead < 0.03%, Iron < 0.05%, Bismuth < 0.002%).
Microstructure: Uniform equiaxed grain structure achieved through controlled thermal processing to eliminate internal stress and prevent micro-cracking during forming.

Formability: High elongation and ductility supporting deep drawing, complex bending, and fine-blanking without edge tearing or springback.
