Alloy Grades: C26000 (CuZn30), C26800 (CuZn38), C28000, and custom compositions.
Chemical Composition: Copper maintained at 65.0% - 71.0%; impurities controlled via spectrographic analysis (Lead < 0.03%, Iron < 0.05%, Bismuth < 0.002%).
Microstructure: Uniform equiaxed grain structure achieved through controlled thermal processing to eliminate internal stress and prevent micro-cracking during forming. 

Formability: High elongation and ductility supporting deep drawing, complex bending, and fine-blanking without edge tearing or springback.
Conductivity: Electrical conductivity ranging from 25% to 28% IACS with stable thermal dissipation.
Strength: Tempers from O (Soft) to EH, offering tensile strengths between 300 MPa and 650+ MPa.
Surface Quality: Oxide-free finish with roughness Ra <= 0.4 um for reliable lamination adhesion and contact resistance. 

Rolling: 20-high Sendzimir mills control thickness variation within plus/minus 1% across strip width via online laser gauges.

Annealing: 99.999% pure hydrogen-nitrogen atmosphere furnaces eliminate surface scaling and lubricant residue.

Slitting: Rotary shear slitters with carbide tooling yield burr-free edges (burr height < 5% of thickness) and straightness deviation under 0.5 mm per meter.

Inspection: Tensile testing, Vickers hardness testing, eddy current pinhole detection, and SGS verification performed per master coil.

Dimensions: Non-standard thicknesses, precise width tolerances, and specific core diameter limits.
Surface Treatments: Passivation for tarnish resistance or custom oil film weights for stamping lubrication.
Packaging Configurations: Horizontal suspension, vertical palletization, vacuum sealing, and custom core materials (plastic, paper, steel).
