CIVEN Metal manufactures rolled annealed (RA) bronze foil for mechanical and electronic applications requiring high fatigue strength and dimensional stability. Utilizing multi-pass cold rolling and controlled-atmosphere annealing lines, our strip maintains tight thickness tolerances and uniform microstructures across the entire coil length.

 

Key Material

 

Alloy Grades: CuSn6 (C51900) and CuSn8 (C52100) phosphor bronze.

Chemical Composition: Tin (Sn) controlled between 6.0% and 8.0%; phosphorus (P) micro-alloying maintained at 0.03% to 0.35% for deoxidation and wear enhancement.

Microstructure: Uniform equiaxed grain structure via continuous strand annealing, preventing spring-back variation during stamping.
