Produced via multi-stage cold rolling and continuous strand annealing, the foil maintains a controlled equiaxed grain structure, +/-0.3um thickness uniformity across widths up to 600 mm, and consistent mechanical elongation required for repetitive bending and high-frequency signal transmission.
