Temperature Range Matching: Select the temperature resistance rating according to the application scenario. For example, electroless nickel-gold plated copper foil is suitable for temperatures below 200℃, while ceramic coating or special alloy copper foil should be considered for temperatures above 300℃.

Thickness and Flexibility: FPC applications require a balance between temperature resistance and flexibility. Typical thickness is 9-35μm; excessive thickness will affect bending performance.

Cost Control: Ceramic-coated copper foil is 3-5 times more expensive than ordinary copper foil; this needs to be weighed based on budget and performance requirements.

Compatibility Testing: When changing suppliers or models, high-temperature aging tests (e.g., 85℃/1000 hours) are required to verify compatibility with existing processes.
