Technically speaking, the production process of brass sheets mainly includes smelting, casting, rolling, and annealing. First, pure copper and zinc are smelted into an alloy liquid in a certain proportion, and then cooled into a preliminary sheet shape using a casting process. Next, the sheet is rolled multiple times using rolling equipment to obtain the required thickness and surface quality. Finally, annealing is performed to eliminate the internal stress generated during rolling, improving the toughness and machinability of the brass sheet.
