CIVEN Metal manufactures high-conductivity rolled-annealed (RA) brass foil for precision stamping, electrical connectors, and electromagnetic shielding. Produced via controlled cold rolling and hydrogen-nitrogen protective annealing, this foil delivers uniform microstructures, tight thickness tolerances down to plus-minus 0.001 mm, and superior formability compared to electrodeposited (ED) foils. Supplied in slit coils or custom lengths for high-speed automated lines.
