Double-Side Treated Rolled-Annealed (RA) Copper Foil features micro-roughened mechanical and chemical treatments on both surfaces. Built from high-purity wrought copper, precision cold rolling and protective atmosphere annealing optimize its crystal orientation (primarily cubic texture) for high dynamic flexibility. The dual-side nodular treatment creates an interlocking anchor structure with dielectric adhesive layers, preventing delamination during high-density circuit etching and thermal cycling.
